Provenio Litigation LLP secures best-ever Chambers UK rankings

Provenio Litigation LLP has achieved its best-ever rankings in Chambers UK, reinforcing the firm's position as a leading commercial litigation and arbitration practice.

In the latest edition of the legal directory, Provenio is praised for its ability to handle "complex and sophisticated matters", with Chambers UK describing the firm's partners as "strong strategic thinkers who can see the bigger picture".
Founder and managing partner Mark Goodwin retains his Band 1 ranking as a leading commercial litigation lawyer. Chambers UK describes Mark as "a first-class litigation lawyer operating at the top of his game", with a referee observing that he "knows everything there is to know about commercial litigation".
Partner Hannah Catterall makes her debut in the individual rankings this year. She is described as "an excellent all-round lawyer with great strategic thinking", with one referee adding: "Hannah made such a huge difference to our dispute."
Partner Emma Charnock also retains her ranking as an Up and Coming lawyer. Chambers UK describes Emma as an "excellent operator", with a referee commenting: "I am glad she is on our side."
The recognition follows a highly successful period for Provenio. The firm was Highly Commended in the Boutique Law Firm of the Year category at The Legal Business Awards 2026, recognising its market impact and distinctive approach to high-value commercial disputes.
Provenio has also enjoyed continued success in The Legal 500, securing a Tier 1 ranking for the seventh consecutive year, with all its partners individually recognised as leaders in their field.
Commenting on the rankings, Mark Goodwin said:
“Our best-ever Chambers UK rankings, together with our recent success at The Legal Business Awards and in The Legal 500, are a real credit to the whole team.
“Since launching Provenio, our focus has been on building a specialist disputes practice capable of competing at the highest level, while maintaining the agility, independence and partner-led service that clients increasingly value.
“These rankings reflect the quality of our team, the trust our clients place in us and the confidence shown by leading disputes teams across the UK and internationally, who refer clients to Provenio when they are unable to act.
“I would like to thank our clients and intermediary contacts for their continued support and for taking the time to provide such positive feedback to the researchers.
“I would also like to thank and congratulate everyone at Provenio for their hard work, commitment and contribution to the firm's continued success.”
