Over the last 12 months, we have acted / are acting in a range of high-profile business litigation matters including the defence of a £200m commercial court claim, a substantial dispute between the founders / significant shareholders and a private equity investor and a £16 million earn out dispute. We are also currently instructed in a high value professional negligence claim against a firm of solicitors relating to their conduct in commercial court proceedings.

As a boutique firm we are able to react quickly to market trends, notably our Covid-19 Business Interruption legal action. Our legal action on behalf of policyholders claiming Covid-19 related business interruption pay-outs from insurers is funded by Therium, meaning there are no upfront costs for claimants. We are currently proceeding with 72 separate claims on behalf of businesses.
