Provenio Litigation LLP Highly Commended at The Legal Business Awards 2026
Provenio Litigation LLP has received a Highly Commended award in the Boutique Law Firm of the Year category at The Legal Business Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s market impact and distinctive approach to high-value commercial disputes.
The Boutique Law Firm of the Year category recognises specialist firms that have demonstrated exceptional standards and delivered outstanding results - criteria that reflect Provenio’s continued development since its launch in 2019.
Founded by managing partner Mark Goodwin, Provenio has built a reputation as a conflicts-free litigation boutique focused exclusively on high value and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. The firm is regularly instructed on substantial disputes typically associated with larger City practices, while offering clients a more agile and partner-led approach.
Over the past year, the firm has continued to expand its practice across a range of complex, high-value matters, acting both alongside and against leading UK and international firms.

Before launching Provenio, Mark Goodwin spent 17 years as a senior litigation partner at DLA Piper, where he headed the litigation and regulatory team in the firm’s Liverpool office and was part of the UK management team for its litigation and regulatory group.
