Provenio Litigation LLP has been shortlisted for Boutique Law Firm of the Year at The Legal Business Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s market impact and distinctive approach to high-value commercial disputes.

The shortlist recognises specialist firms that have demonstrated exceptional standards and delivered outstanding results - criteria that reflect Provenio’s continued development since its launch in 2019.
Founded by managing partner Mark Goodwin, Provenio has built a reputation as a conflicts-free litigation boutique focused exclusively on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. The firm is regularly instructed on substantial disputes typically associated with larger City practices, while offering clients a more agile and partner-led approach.
Over the past year, the firm has continued to expand its practice across a range of complex, high-value matters, acting both alongside and against leading UK and international firms.
The firm has been ranked Tier 1 by The Legal 500 for six consecutive years and has continued to invest in future talent through its graduate solicitor apprenticeship programme and partnerships with university law schools.
Commenting on the firm’s award shortlisting, Mark Goodwin said:
“We are thrilled to again be shortlisted for Boutique Law Firm of the Year. Since launching Provenio, our focus has been on building a specialist disputes practice capable of competing at the highest level while maintaining the agility, independence and partner-led service that clients increasingly value. This recognition is a reflection of the quality of our team, our clients and the work we continue to undertake.”
The winners will be announced on 29 September 2026 at the awards ceremony in London.
